        Just purchased a mattress from best beds direct, top quality mattress, top quality service and delivered that afternoon and to top it off sarg the main man knocked 40 off. Now you can't get better service than that.

        The service in general has been poor. I wish I would have chosen the company I chose last year because they don't take the items to a third floor and being realistic in London most houses don't have a lift. They give you an slot in the middle of the day so you need to take time off of your work and they don't mention any premium delivery until you complain (I would have paid whatever fee to avoid all the problems I had). The staff sending emails is rude and indifferent plus they open 10-16 but not on the weekends. However they don't answe calls on the weekend they respond messages to say they can't do anything for you. All ridiculous and rubbish.
