Booked a week for end of July but back in may for 2 EHU pitches side by side and 1 non EHU) When arrived I realised that wasnt going to happen. They pitched us outside the toilet block. We had problems from the get go. Toilets and showers were disgusting especially the males. Site bins were that overflowed that we couldnt actually dispose of rubbish properly. Instead of their bins being emptied they came along and squashed it down. Site management after receiving a complaint (that they failed to look in to properly) about us being a group they then not 24-48 hours in the week wanted to kick us off bearing in mind when I booked I stated how many of us were there. (3families 2 of 4 and one of 3 non EHU) after a debate they allowed us to stay as we actually hadnt doing anything wrong. After that we had no end of problems on site. Tried to complain about another camper and their nose around 10pm and how are kids were being disturbed and woken up and that they kept kicking their ball to our tents and cars on purposedid they deal with it haha no of course they didnt! We left that holiday not only feeling dissatisfied but hurt that they wanted 175 still after all the problems. I paid them What I thought was worth for that week considering the issues. Weve been coming for 4 years, no loyalty felt to the customer in this trip. I can guarantee that ourselves and the 2 new customers we bought will never go back, and to top it off after speaking with other campers wed all been charged a different rate!!
