        First time of using Fox Automotive and I can honestly say how approachable Tom is, turns when agreed, keeps you well informed throughout and even provides collection and drop off. Ill definitely be using Fox Automotive in the future. Highly recommended

        Just had my Mk7.5 GTI in for a full service and MOT and I cannot fault the service and help Tom has provided today. He took the time also to take a look in to a possible leak that was causing heavy condensation on the windscreen and whilst we didn't get to the bottom of the issue it was included in the price of the service! Despite the courtesy car not being ready he was patient whilst getting the immobiliser sorted and went out of his way to collect and drop off later the same day. Got the car cleaned upon return too! I will be sure to return when the DSG is up for service. Thanks again Tom!
