Darren is fantastic. Had a difficult time with some other mortgage advisers who misinformed us on the rate. Darren was able to clear up any discrepancies and also close us on a mortgage in about 1 week including the valuation! He was also great at giving advice and extra details. Very impressive and will use him again when we re-mortgage.

Darren is very knowledgeable and gave us really useful advice on all calls; he has always been very responsive over email if we had any questions. If you need some assistance and advice around your mortgage needs do not go to anybody else. Both Darren and Josh were both knowledgeable as well as going the extra mile in helping me with my needs. I had extra issues with my mortgage due to external factors and they both walked me through what needed to be done and all my options. They both kept me updated with regular updates and everything they did was incredible. It definitely pays to go to them rather than a non personal service you could get elsewhere where you are seen as just another number. Special thanks to Josh for always keeping in touch and caring about the process, helped me massively and kept me calm throughout the process. The whole process is one of the most stressful things you can do, but with Darren and Josh it definitely reduces the stress of it all.
