Kevin was very friendly and got my bike looking good as new for a fair price. He was always quick to respond to my emails and he turned my bike around in about two weeks. There was one issue I found, with a rear brake pad fitted too tight against the wheel rim but overall I'm thrilled with the improvements made.

Visited first time. My saddle broke while I was riding it, one of the nuts snapped. It happened to be near to this bike shop. The people in the shop were very polite and professional and found new nut in minutes and fitted it in. I was able to continue with my bike ride. Thanks so much. I very much appreciate it

Visited first time and had a very good experience! Called during the week and managed to book it in for the weekend, which was extremely convenient. Job was done on the same day and I am very happy, my bike runs like a dream! Will definitely be back! Highly recommend, good communication and really friendly staff!

Excellent quality of service and price. I've taken a few bikes to the Village Bike Shop for services and the level of customer service, communication and workmanship has been first rate. I cannot recommend them enough. A great place for your bike repairs and services.
