Milco De Gaetano is a fantastic architect to work with. He understood the look I wanted to achieve for my boutique and he delivered in the best way. He took great care of the building works, he is very attentive to the details and always find the perfect solution to overcome the problems arising during works. We had the pleasure and honour to work with Raffaello Fair Ltd (Luba and Milco) to completely refurbish our two-bed apartment in West London. We wanted to upgrade the place to make it more contemporary and unique in style. Luba was simply fantastic, she came up with interesting ideas and solutions to confer a sleek and modern look to the house, while ensuring our needs for extra storage and a better organised layout were integrated in the design. Luba always ensured that her suggestions were aligned with our taste and needs, she was extremely propositive and proactive, thanks to her extensive knowledge, experience and passion for her job. I can easily say she put 110% of her energy in what she did, helping us throughout the entire process to make it as pain free as possible. She is extremely detail-oriented, and always a step ahead. We were very lucky to find and hire Raffaello Fair Ltd and we would not hesitate to do it again!

We come across with Milco and Luba through some friends that already used their services. They designed and supplied our kitchen; They took care about each detail and assist us from the initial sketch to the installation and post installation. They also give us all the specs for flooring, lighting, and colour scheme. The outcome is just amazing, and we enjoy our new kitchen a lot. We are looking forward to doing business with them again.
