Rowan was really, really professional and extremely kind when we lost our dog Chester. She talked us through the procedure and gave us some tips as what to do when the vet visited.

What a beautiful place and what kind people, Rowan was so amazing from start to finish she made me feel so at ease in such a difficult situation nothing was to much to ask. I felt like Id taken my beloved dog duchess from home to home as the setting was that Lovelly and calm. She told me all about the process and kept me informed throughout, I now have her back at home with me because its not a place of mass cremation its very unique and not full of other pets waiting around to have it done, she was cremated the same day I took her and she was collected the day after. I cant thank this couple enough for how they made me feel after such a sad loss in my life I would highly recommend this option over using vet services I also had my dog euthanised at home so she felt no stress. Lots of love
