        I love my house and street but I can safely say that the customer service offered by Cairns Heritage Homes is trully appalling. I have now lived in my home for 2 years and the snagging is still not completed. I have repeatedly contacted the head office by telephone and email as well as individuals listed as points of contact in their home owner pack, including the owner of the business, all to no avail. In fact thay never acknowledge my communication. I have eventually cornered the Projects Manager when he visited site and he assured me the problem will be rectified! I will not be holding my breath! A number of neighbours have also experienced a similar level of customer service. For a builder who we were assured offered an unparalleled level of finish and customer service they have fallen very short. From my own experience I can honestly say that Cairns are happy to take your money..... but then walk away and show little respect for people who have purchased one of their proprties.
