Wife purchased a k2 challenger Kayak Just before lock down so wasn't able to use until recently. A hole, which I believe was already in the craft, was discovered in the seam which became noticeable during the cleaning process after using the Kayak. I contacted this company to ask what to repair the hole with, likelihood the boat was outside warranty period, as no patches came with the boat. I duly used the recommended product and repaired the hole per the videos leaving the repair to set for the recommended period. Upon re inflating the craft a loud band occurred blowing the patch off and ripping the seam right open. Contacted the company because this should not have happened and they where not interested. I would certainly stay well clear of any intex products after this. Not a cheap inflatable and not interested customer service. 1 star is 1 too many. I am looking at where I can take this matter because I believe the kayak was not fit for purpose or of merchantable quality. The blue dot is the pin hole in the seam to which a recommend product was used to repair it. You can see the resulting length of the split seam after re inflation after the repair and nowhere near the full re inflation required. Update, sadly this company has absolutely no customer service / discretion and I certainly wouldn't recommend buying the more expensive intex products when much cheaper and more reliable products are available. Aldi /Lidl for example do their own versions and they come with a no quibble 3 year warranty. The decision is ultimately yours but with an inflatable product you will get problems with holes. Shouldn't be straight out of the box. So good Customer service is essential if you are paying expensive prices. Intex simply don't have this. When cheaper products have better service I believe that this speaks volumes as to where I will look to in the future and it won't be with the branded intex products.

Clearing out a cupboard I found a "Teach Yourself Electronics" kit from 2005. It was in great condition, but the instruction manual had gone missing. A quick email to these guys and they emailed me straight back with what I needed. Great Service.
