Would give 0 stars if possible, very poor. Bought a BMW 3 Series in early December, car broke down couple weeks after just before Christmas. Tried calling, no one picks up. Called from my Son's phone and finally got through, they said there's nothing they can do even though i had purchased the 6 months warranty. Now starting legal procedures through lawyers. Avoid EP Cars Sales at all cost, they are heavily protected and shielded by Autotrader.

Seemed friendly on the phone but when asked to look at more than one car was told I was only able to look at one. Got told I would get a phone call back in the morning to confirm an appointment slot but no one ever returned the call or responded to my message. Obviously didnt want my custom so will spend the money elsewhere.

Brought a kia off of them, the day I took it home I have been having trouble with it, every time I contact them I get told to drop the car off and they will take a look, when I pick it back I get told there is no problem or they have sorted it but nothing has been done, I am a mum of 4 children I need a safe a reliable car. They are in willing to help of even give me my money back so I can go else where, do not get anything from them. They clame to know about cars there don't have a clue.
