A first class, comfortable glamping site for a good rate. I traveled from the U.S. and was not prepared to camp at Glastonbury. Ziggucamp was perfect. Very close to the festival. Shuttles ran 24/7, hardly ever a wait. Checking in was easy. Friendly staff always available. The Luxury Bell Tent (now called Deluxe) was huge! The beds were very comfortable, and having a table, light and charging ports was very helpful. Private hot shower stations in the morning was great, toilets easily accessible. There was a common area with full service bar, tables, food service, and at night a band playing fun cover songs! Women enjoyed having beauty and spa services with blow dryers and make up stations, and a double decker bus with hot tubs, sauna and showers was offered for a price. There were a few challenges. The distance from the main gate/bus drop off to the Ziggucamp shuttle gate was far and took some getting used to. If I went again Id find a way to get to camp by auto and park onsite, much easier. There were often long waits for breakfast and I expect the camp will use another system. Going early for an americano and a grab and go continental breakfast seemed to work better than joining the large crowds that formed later. I hope to go to Glastonbury again and would only stay at Ziggucamp. Great job to Craig, Ian and the team there, well done!

We were lucky enough to get tickets to Glastonbury 2022, and we stayed at ZigguCamp in a festihut. I would not hesitate to recommend glamping at ZigguCamp after the amazing time we had; the staff are friendly, helpful and polite, all of the facilities are so clean, and the whole atmosphere of ZigguCamp added massively to our enjoyment of Glastonbury. Showers and toilets were always available, and spotlessly clean. The beauty tent with hairdryers and straighteners was amazing to have! The beds and quilts in the festihuts are so comfy, and the hut itself is a good size with electric available for phone charging. The location is perfect, and we never had to wait for the shuttle bus into or back from Glastonbury. I cannot fault anything, and if we are lucky enough to get tickets again, I would absolutely return to ZigguCamp! Thank you so much to all of the staff for making our stay so fantastic.

We really loved our stay here, we had an emporer style tent, it was huge! So much space and beds and linens were very comfortable, more like a hotel than a tent! Showers and toilets were amazing, I never had to queue at around 8am, and the hair dryers styling stations although slightly more busy, I also never had to queue! This was the biggest plus for a festival. Only downside for us, was the walk to and from the toilet area, think we were the furthest from the loos on the site, so going in the night was maybe 15mins+ round trip! Deffo need 2 areas for loos or even a small area for the emporer tents. Other than that... Perfect!!!

Great check-in and check-out - really helpful staff and fantastic buggies to help us with our luggage. The tent was great in a fab location - only downside were the very thin duvets that really didn't do it at night (had to sleep in lots of clothes). Showers and loos were ok, although we had 2 occasions of our block stopping flushing and one morning where the water was absolutely freezing (worst shower of my life!) But sadly that's where the good points ended. The catering was the worst I have ever experienced - no hot plates to serve breakfast (even Travelodges have this down) - 1.2 hours for a lukewarm breakfast the first morning - really started our fest off so horribly. It was particularly awful because they said it would be 20 mins, which became a very obvious untruth on sitting down outside and hearing from people who had already been there an hour. After that I went at the crack of dawn each day, and even though they did get a single hot plate setup for Friday, that's still woefully inadequate for the number of people (controlled campsite - they knew the exact number of campers in advance). Even once when we ordered a pizza in the evening we were told we'd have to wait for an hour. But the icing on the cake was when I went to buy my friend a tea, and asked for just some hot water in my cup - charged 2 for lukewarm tap water and told "those are the rules, we don't make the rules" ... so I spoke to the site manager who apologised and said that was ridiculous and he'd sort it ... next day? Same thing. Spoke to them again. Next day? Yup, same thing. On the last night we wanted to sit by the fire, but virtually all the seats were taken by staff having a jolly. Felt really valued when we arrived, and really pettily fleeced while we were there. Asked for a refund on the breakfast package on that first day - never got a response. It was the bonding conversation everyone had, how no one would have queued if they hadn't already paid for it. Left a very bad taste (at least we still have a sense of humour ;) )
