        Imagine - car full from half term holiday, two kids, bikes and the fuel pump goes on my 2005 Defender. Steve immediately diagnosed the problem at 1745 on a Thursday evening, helped us get a replacement fuel pump after hours so it could be repaired the next day, had it ready for us by 0915 on the Friday - sadly Steve was fully booked but helped us recommend a reliable garage to fit it. Cannot fault Steve, friendly, polite, professional, speedy and completely saved us from being stranded and unable to get home - Thank you all so much! The Cheung family.
