Attended a wedding here as a guest and we were very impressed! Beautiful venue and surroundings. The team were all attentive and helpful. Our room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Great place for a wedding or event

Attended a lovely wedding at this venue. The room we stayed in was nothing amazing though. The breakfast croissants were stale. My partner had spilled some red wine which a little bit went on the duvet cover and some on the carpet. We tried to clear this with a towel which sadly also picked up some of the red wine stain. To our amazement the hotel emailed us advising of 92 pound charge for this. Within the email they confirmed the carpet had been completely restored but an extra 50 pound charge would be applied as it took a little longer and that a further 42 pound charge would be added to replace the duvet cover and towell despite us offering to clean them ourselves. Rebecca the hotel manager was also incredibly rude when I called to discuss this with her. She stated she would put this charge onto the bride and groom. We'd spoken with the bride and groom who advised they would discuss this with them on our behalf. The money was then taken without any confirmation of doing so. I then received a threatening email from the owner advising that he didn't like this google post and that if I didn't leave the matter he would charge me even more.

Absolutely awesome venue, if I could rate higher I would!!! The team and hosts at Burlton Manor are incredibly helpful, we couldnt have asked for more for our special day, it was perfect! Thank you so much!

Attended a wedding here last year, venue is fantastic. Staff extremely helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone. First rate!!!!!
