Re an online order never acknowledged by them, even though I paid for it. They left the website running once they had closed.

I would usually never leave a bad review of a small business at a time like this but... I made an order a month ago for local delivery. I've checked in by email a few times and had no response whatsoever. I understand if things are more difficult given lockdown but I would've appreciated a quick one or two line update. I know my emails are getting through because I called to check in mid December and the person acknowledged that she saw the emails and said she'd check up on the order but hasn't been in touch.

I love the Nutkin! I bought a present from her for my friend who is vegan and she absolultely loved it, delicous raw cheese. Kate went above and beyond to make the present lovely for her, adding a personalised message and delivering it herself plus her communciation is brilliant!

I tasted a few Nutkin products years ago at a business event and have always remembered how amazing it was. I was so happy when I found out that recently they offer online delivery and I purchased a few of the products. The garlic and chive is amazing and so is the aged charcoal one. It's a great brand, with top quality products and packaging! I'd highly recommend!
