Nesha the lovely lady In the Vodafone Peckham was amazing setting my phone and upgrade she even fixed a technical fault I faced for many months even Vodafone customer service trying to deal with. She is an amazing asset to the company and always smiling. Thank you. Please share feedback with her.

Steven (manager) and Chloe are wonderful people and deserve more credit. I had an issue a) Chloe made sure she followed procedure (I nearly just handed it in and left) and then when there was a problem she was very reassuring and helpful (provided me account details etc.) b) Steven was incredibly hands-on and honestly should be leading all customer service training for your company. He took a role of responsibility and knowledge in an issue that was outside of his scope (product I bought from online) and then actively engaged me and tried to help I unfortunately was there for hours as call centre customer support were really slow but in all the interactions I saw in the branch they were responsive, responsible and courteous and treated the people entering with decency and respect (all ages, demographics etc.) It's clear they care about the local community and want the store to be there to help people, head office you should reward good people like this
