        Shep is brilliant - friendly and welcoming, and an expert at what he does. I'd recommend trying him out, whether it's to treat a specific injury or just for regular sports massages.

        Absolutely excellent! I have been coming regularly for a while and every time it has been very helpful. I came with neck/ shoulder pain and unable to fully turn to one side well, I left there fully able to turn both sides, so pleased! I can't recommend Steve enough. He has a way of finding exactly where the pain is coming from and fixing it. Very reasonable prices as well. It won't disappoint you!
