First Class Serviceby lady Customer Service Assistant at Royal Mail Peckham and East Dulwich Post Sorting Office this morning very good helped me scan my Amazon return QR code and offered to stick label on my parcel very quick service definitely 5 star service except that I had to queue for 15 minutes to explain my 4 review but there is always a queue here however after a 2 day Royal Mail strike I was extremely pleased to find the queue was not a 4 hour queue!! Thank you very much #JODY aServiceAngel

Post Office App is not accurate with times of delivery & insists my parcel was out for delivery for 3 days in a row from East Dulwich delivery Office and no parcel has arrived. And I'm not the only customer let down this way ?

First Class Serviceby lady Customer Service Assistant at Royal Mail Peckham and East Dulwich Post Sorting Office this morning very good helped me scan my Amazon return QR code and offered to stick label on my parcel very quick service definitely 5 star service except that I had to queue for 15 minutes to explain my 4 review but there is always a queue here however after a 2 day Royal Mail strike I was extremely pleased to find the queue was not a 4 hour queue!!
