Order completely wrong, staff hung up on me when I called to ask for this to be rectified. Constantly being told the manager will be there tomorrow. Awful awful service. Avoid at all costs

Customer service not existing ! Today was the second time items from our order were missing- last time were sides from the collected points and this time Pepsi max from the deal. Both times we called and requested missing items to be delivered. Weve never received them. It comes to mind they are actually stealing this food/drinks for themselves if you paid and do not get what you ordered. Employers there cannot communicate in English, the only thing they can say correctly is hello and thats what they repeat constantly on the phone. When you ask question or try to sort something they keep responding with unrelated sentences giving peoples names or random addresses even if question was not related to that. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Just a terrible experience. It was the first and last time I will be ordering from Papa Johns in the future. Lets see how long it takes their corporate office to get in touch with me following my complaint. Do yourself a favor and just go to any other of the smaller chains available in East Dulwich and Peckham.
