    Hannah is an amazing trainer! Her sessions are interesting and challenging and she adapts them perfectly to suit you. I'm a tennis player and she's always looked to incorporate training that will aid my game (any help welcome!). When I sprained my ankle she changed my training up to focus on my core and arms so I could leave my ankle to rest and then when I had recovered ensured we were doing some moves that would help strengthen it back up again. She makes sure you push yourself (without being aggressive or pushy) and is really good at little corrections as you're going along so that you're getting the most out of the moves. I couldn't recommend her enough and even though our sessions are at 7am I look forward to them!

    Hannah is an amazing trainer. Her workouts are varied, fun and always challenging and she's just such a lovely person to spend an hour with. I felt like my fitness improved loads during our time working together, and she really helped me change how I see myself in relation to workouts

Shes a total dream - so warm and non-judgmental, celebrating all the small victories and making you laugh along the way. Id never done any kind of gym work before and she made it so smooth and enjoyable. Hard recommend!
