        Nice venue, great space and kitchens and free tea/coffee a bonus- but- the admin side of things are terrible- staff are highly unresponsive to calls and emails- trying to get anything booked or refunded impossible, even getting on the free trial took multiple emails before one answer was given. The young people who work there seem entirely clueless and lack basic communication skills. It's a shame because it's a great space and nicely laid out, but they could do with employees with an actual work/customer care ethic. Addition- someone responds to this review within an hour of it being posted but not any of my many emails that have gone unanswered for months... maybe check your priorities Market
