Bought a T-shirt but told its out of stockzero communication, no response to emails Eventually went in person to the shop only to find the T-shirt I wanted on the rack.kind lad on the tills sorted it out Bit peeved I paid 3.00 postage and had to go pick it up myself On the plus side its a great record shop but the guy doing the online sales needs to up his game
