We have rented via Gareth James for two years and unfortunately these were very stressful two years of our lives. As much as we got very unlucky with an absolute joke for a landlord they have been equally unresponsive and unreliable. The amount of chasers we had to sent to sort out broken heating in the middle of winter, leaks, mouldy wall behind the fridge left uncovered for 3 weeks so we could breathe it all in I could be here all day listing all the problems and how much there was never any sense of urgency from the agency. Not the one to write bad reviews, but this one deserves it, so at least one person can be saved from what we went through. Just avoid.

From the first meeting, Tomos gave helpful practical advice as well as a strong grasp of the local rental market knowledge. He was realistic in his market appraisal and we worked together to get the property in good order. He and his team found tenants within 2 days at over asking. They were efficient and professional at all times.
