My therapy experience with Austin was amazing. I started therapy in a very confusing period in my life and had a great experience with him, enabling me to understand my own self better and recognise what changes I needed! Cant recommend enough.

I have been working with Austin for two years now and the process has been fantastic. As my therapist, he has been patient, supportive, generous and considerate. We have established a great working relationship in which we have been able to safely interrogate and understand my past. Austin has been sensitive to my difficulties, generous with his suggestions, and utilised his extensive professional expertise to help me find clarity and solutions. Highly recommended.

Austin has been my therapist for the last 6 months and has helped me to develop the tools I needed to overcome and handle difficult situation in my personal and work life while providing stable and consistent support throughout my journey. I definitely have a better relationship with myself going forward and for that I'll be forever grateful.
