I absolutely love Simona's classes. Whatever mood I am in, or low level of motivation sometimes, I know I should come to the class because she brings me so much energy and positiveness! The classes are so fun, she makes it easy for any level to join and to enjoy and she creates a real sense of community. If you come for the first time, you'll meet lovely people, have a great workout and feel refreshed and your mood lifted. Absolutely recommend anyone to join Simona's classes!

I have been doing Zumba for a few years now with simona I value her as not just an instructor but as a friend she is soo welcoming and doing her Zumba classes is so much fun I laugh all the time during her class as her bubbly personality keeps me going during her class. I take part in her classes online and in the park or in the hall she also does an amazing stretch and meditation class on Fridays online I am truly blessed to have her as my Zumba instructor and a dear friend Zumba4life.

I love going to Simona's Zumba classes and the Friday meditation. She dances and instructs really well - easy to follow. She's also full of energy and smiles and I am the same by the time I leave :-)

The best Zumba class Ive ever been to! Never feels like a workout even when its a challenging class! Simonas energy never disappoints! Dont know anyone who attends who isnt smiling or laughing throughout the class. Thanks so much Simona for creating such a beautiful environment and making exercise fun!

Best Zumba ever! I highly recommend Zumba with Simona. She is such an energetic and inspiring woman! So happy to find her! You should definitely try it, you wont regret I promise
