A man by the name of Darren works here and is incredibly aggressive and insulting. As a 24 year old woman i am terrified to go to my local job center because of this man's behaviour he will get in your face and come close to assaulting you, he will deny you your rights. This triggered manchild must be fired.

Had an interview a while bacl with the famous darren. Well what can i say... Absolutely zero people skills what so ever, belittled me for the fact i had my jogging bottoms on with a tshirt was told if i was to dress smarter i would not be unemployed, recently had surgery to my lower back and spine so this outfit for me for a casual interview with him seemed suitable considering he himself was wearing cuffed jeans and bright gold trainers with a watch to match i felt poor and that's exactly how darren treated me like a loser, made a complaint only to be told this is obscured was reluctant to review but since my reply from job centre i had no other choice. If you have an interview with Darren please request a different advisor unless unlike me you dont mind being mocked by him and his bad attitude and u professional manor his mother cant be proud

Having seen how certain members of their staff belittle members of the public, I am disgusted. People going to a job centre, certainly don't need to be humiliated by the staff who are supposedly there to help.

Shocking attitude by that dreadlocked person. Acted like a little child towards a member of the public trying to film. If he got insulted like that I'm sure he would have pulled the "r" card. Smh rasta boy.
