Sternhall Lane Surgery

Another positive experience at Sternhall Lane. We have been with the surgery for over 10 years and have always found the staff, doctors and nurses incredibly helpful. On this occasion I completed an econsult which was followed up by a call from the doctor. He didnt think my issue was a cause for concern but offered an in person consultation for my daughter regardless. On arrival we were met by the super friendly reception staff and had a really thorough examination by the doctor who was also incredibly sensitive and kind. Considering the immense pressure our NHS is under, I am so impressed by the service still being offered by the surgery and remain incredibly grateful.

Reception leady to rude speaking calling 10 time dont get appointment every re she said call 111 if I call every time 111 then why I registered the gp

Great service and speedy response after submitting e consult..E consult for lower back pain within 24 hrs reply from GP and medication prescribed for the pain..after 7 days on medication and very little change in my symptoms contacted gp at 08.00 hrs and gp phoned me at 10.00 hrs ..discussed my symptoms and was referred to first contact physio and 48 hrs later attended appointment..have now been referred to kings for physio ..home exercises to do daily and pain relief prescribed. Thankyou for the speedy response.
