I asked her to cut a document that they printed and she refused to even though the margins were very clear and I need a cutter to cut it as I have a tremor so she was rude with an attitude and told me to cut it myself and I did and I ruined the paper and now I wasted money. Incredibly rude.

Horrible customer service, today I went to print some photos, and there was only one girl and she was the one who attended me, she guide me how to print the photos and after that she left me alone waiting for me to attend to myself as if I knew what to do or what is the next step to follow? After waiting for a while, confused, not knowing what to do, the girl calls me and left me an envelope and tells me to go and pick up the photos and put them in the envelope, then she told me to pay, she was acting like I'm sick and she didn't wanted to touch me? Her body language spoke for her..after that she didn't even Say goodbye and not even a bag was offered for me to introduce what I had bought, I had never experienced such bad customer service, this girl had an Asian appearance, i wish I could catch her name, I hope they take into account a training for the young woman without any adequacy of how to treat a client.
