        Absolutely disgusting service, they never answer their phone. No help for elderly vulnerable people. Over 30 Safeguarding reports by other services and they they still take no action.

        I've had many a social worker over, I've sent them all packing, as they can't offer any help, and I have to school them on the services or lack of for SEN kids, totally rubbish service with lack of funding.

        They are incompetent of dealing with cases they have missed key elements of a case safeguarding issues which has been missed incompetent social services don't know how to do their jobs properly totally disrespectful both parties
