Kushy Move

Kushy is a great estate agent - friendly and easy to deal with. We rented from him for a good few years in Rotherhithe. During that time, Kushy was easy to communicate with and he took good care of the apartment (and the price remained the same). Can recommend as a landlord!

We lived for the last couple of years at a property managed by Kushy and couldnt speak more highly of him and Kyle. Both went above and beyond to make sure any issues we had in the property were addressed quickly. Both were always available via phone and email. Couldnt recommend the pair of them more! Rent was kept stable for us and any major problems were quickly addressed with no cost to us. Lots of bad experiences with landlords in London but this certainly wasnt one.

We dealt with Kushy as we were buying a house via him in Peckham. He was excellent - efficient, reassuring, always available and very patient to our endless pestering. Would recommend.

I have rented through Kushy Moves for 6 years - 5 years in Vauxhall and 1 year in Queen's Road, Peckham. Good service throughout. Any issues were usually the result of the landlord deciding not to spend money, but that's true of many tenancies. Always found Kushy to be friendly and approchable, as well as Kyle and the other associates over the years. If you are a good tenant who looks after the property, you won't have any problems. As for fees, well that's how agents make their money - get over it. Rent was kept stable throughout the 6 years - no hikes. They have a good handyman (Patrick) on retainer, who has repaired many wear and tear issues over the years. When we had to vacate our Vauxhall flat for a week's rennovation, Kushy and the landlord agreed to compensate us with a rent deduction. I recommend them - make sure you have all your documents in order though, as they are very thorough in their credit and right to rent checks. If you are a professional person and you remember that they are doing a job as well, you will have no problems.
