I would highly recommend Patrick Oliver of Aston James and his team. As a first time buyer I didn't know what to expect, but they guided me through the process in a friendly and professional way - arranging the survey was quick and easy and Patrick sent an email summary of the results soon after with the full report following in just a few days. He was also happy to discuss the results over the phone for no extra charge, and explained everything so that I (someone who knows nothing about construction/property) could understand. Excellent!
