        Cant say I was impressed with their customer service, but not as bad as the other reviews suggested, all things considered. Queue moved relatively quickly and they did one of the things I asked them to. They refused the other as they dont do it, despite the fact that another branch had no issue doing it for me before. Will have to go to the other branch for that, I suppose.

        Is the Santander bank it's been there for as long as I can remember but obviously under a different name back then I believe it was Abbey National. The staff of very helpful with my enquiries that day

        very very bad service. at times 0 help from them. if you lose your card or you think your account is being scammed. always long queue and waiting time. sometimes you can easily wait for about 2 hours. very unprofessional staff. counting money has to repeat sometimes 4 or 5 times for one customer. nightmare.
