        Whilst I understand that most people nowadays do online banking and so branch services are no longer funded as much. But I do think that TSB has forgotten the key services which individuals do need to go into branch. This branch doesn't do any cash services on a weekend (ie. withdrawing/depositing cash). Staff will push you to use the cashpoint either inside or outside the location. However, it is still very challenging to do anything cash related. I went in on a Monday and it took so long to withdraw cash in particular nominations (example: three 5 notes, four 10 notes etc). The queuing system they have is complete chaos. It's very unfortunate that this branch has gone downhill and it would be great if TSB could pay attention to what in-branch customers want.
