Chanelle was the perfect professional from start to finish. I bought my wife powder brow permanent makeup as a birthday present and Chanelle came recommended from a friend. From the beginning Chanelle was informative, helpful, flexed to our availability and very conscientious. The consultation was excellent explaining the honest pros and cons of each option, and allowed an informed and personal choice. Chanelle is clearly very well educated in her field with experiences and examples from all scenarios raised. On the day Chanelle took all the time needed to create the perfect brow and not starting until both she and my wife where 100% confident. Pre and aftercare advice was amazing. As a guy not knowing what this really was and how to proceed Im so glad we found Chanelle and experienced first class service.
