Charlotte is lovely, cares about all the animals, my rabbit Florence loves her stays there, will be using this place again, thankyou Charlotte

I have only given this place one star as couldn't post review otherwise. We boarded our 5 guinea pigs with Charlotte whilst we went away. BIGGEST mistake of my life!!!!! We asked for regular updates and photos and received NOTHING!!!! I repeatedly contacted Charlotte to check on our babies welfare. She didn't answer my calls, reply to my texts and when we eventually received an email two weeks later she assured us our boys were fine. When we picked up our Guinea pigs they were filthy and stunk of urine. One of our boys was clearly very unwell. We rushed him to the Vets and despite their best efforts he died in my arms several hours later. We are truly devestated and our little girl is heartbroken. The Vet said he was severely dehydrated and underweight. He was plump, happy and healthy when we dropped him off!!! Unfortunately the horror story dosnt end there!!! We then noticed one of our other piggies wasn't right. He was rushed to the Vets and had to have a foreign body removed from his body. Due to Charlotte's incompetence and negligence, our lives have been turned upside down. I have tried to contact her but she hasn't even had the professional courtesy to reply. I would most definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Pringle & Frazzle my Guineas both home from their holidays with Charlotte, pamper party, looking happy, gorgeous and smell beautiful, I know they get so properly looked after and i don't worry they are in very safe hands x

The small animal hotel is amazing. My 4 rabbits visit a few times a year while I go away and I get such peace of mind knowing they are in capable hands. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here and the quality of care the rabbits get is second to none. Recommend to anyone!
