    I've now used this company half a dozen times for business and personal journeys, to and from Heathrow and to a wedding venue, and each time the driver has been smartly dressed and professional. The cars have always been immaculate inside and out, either Mercedes or BMW and are the longer models so have extra leg room. Will definitely use them again.

    We booked First Class Cars (FCC) Crookham Common, Thatcham to pick us up from our return flight from New Zealand on 21st February 2020 at Heathrow, providing the arrival flight details, and our contact details, as requested by FCC. We paid the 88 return fee to Newbury in advance as requested by FCC. We returned from New Zealand, after 23 hours of flights, to Heathrow T2 Arrivals to find no FCC taxi waiting for us. I called FCC from arrivals to find out where the taxi driver was. Reply: No taxi driver had been sent due to the death of his (The taxi drivers) wife. No call, or communication of any sort, was given by FCC informing us of this alleged situation prior to our arrival at Heathrow! No other driver had been dispatched to cover this alleged event. No apology, or concern, for us. I was even told I was being rude even though we were jet lagged, and had not got our agreed prepaid taxi and then the FCC person hung up and didnt answer several calls I made subsequently to confirm details of our refund, the FCC number continually diverting to engaged. The experience I received from FCC was shambolic, unprofessional, and rude never again!! We had to get a taxi from Heathrow to Newbury at a cost of 168. Due to my endeavours at the business address shown on FCC's website I did receive a refund of 88, but not from FCC, or the owner!! Forewarned ..
