        Abi is wonderful! She goes above and beyond, always there to offer help as well as helping keep my body loose and moving. She understands what my body needs and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her - in fact my husband now goes as well!

        Abi has been instrumental in keeping me on my feet & running over the past few months. Shes gone above & beyond to get me back to running after injury & has put up with my grumpiness and frustrations that come with being injured. Shes always a delight to see, not only because I come away feeling a little more fixed but because shes all in all lovely! I cant recommend her highly enough. Thank you Abi!
