        The measure of a companys customer service is how they handle issues, when things go wrong. Stair carpet badly fitted with staples, glue stains on the carpet! Replacement arranged, the fitter was rude and dismissive, and walked off the job leaving the carpet half fitted!! Only giving one star, because google wont let me give zero! Leaving you customers in tears is no way to run a business .
