I have really enjoyed these very nurturing classes. Its helped me to get back in touch with my body and breath work. Katia is such an experienced teacher and I feel so lucky to be able to go to her classes here.

I have attended various workshops and classes at Yoga Tree and Katya is by far the best teacher Ive had. Her block courses have a theme and each class is planned carefully and professionally. Her studio is immaculate and used for yoga only. I also saw Katya for a 1:1 as i had a chronic knee injury that wasnt fully healing. Nothing Id tried had got into the back of the knee but Katya gave me some specific stretches and somatic release and full function was restored. Anazing and Ive had no problems since, and that was 2 years ago. Id highly recommend Katya and her teaching. More importantly, she embodies what she teaches.

Katya is an exceptional yoga teacher . Her knowledge & experience in yoga & somatic body work with movement have helped to heal a chronic injury way beyond any other therapy Ive tried . As an osteopath I have an excellent awareness of my body & this works !! I 100% recommend her classes & individual sessions s to anyone .
