Arcus Custom Guitars

I took my Yamaha acoustic to Adam on a Thursday afternoon after having some problems on my guitar that still needed addressing. String imbalance from the pickup and also discovered a few other issues along the way whilst there. Adam took the time with me to explain what's happening, why it's happening and what can be done to remedy the problems. What I initially thought would be a quick 30 minute fix slowly turned into a good days work. Bearing in mind I took it into him on a Thursday right before a bank holiday weekend, he got it sorted for me by 5pm that Saturday so I could make all of my gigs for the weekend. He's been able to bring my guitar up to its full potential. An absolute gentleman and exceptionally professional whilst doing so. I've used the services of most luthiers in Kent and would not hesitate to recommend Adam at Arcus Custom Guitars to fellow musicians.

Adam was quick to respond via text, easy to arrange with. Did a brilliant job on my guitar - told me exactly what the problem was, what needed to be done, and did the work very quickly. Also really reasonable. Highly recommend!
