        I have been working for Blue Bird care for 6 months as a supervisor for the Thanet area. I am thoroughly enjoying my role, I love meeting and spending time with the people we visit, the care professionals and we have a very happy offIce. I was made to feel very welcome as a new member of the team and look forward to working for BlueBird for a long time to come.

        I have been working for Bluebird for almost a year now, I love my job. I get great job satisfaction knowing that I am making a difference to someone elses life. I feel very supported and listened too by the Bluebird team which is very important because sometimes our job can be a difficult one and its good to know they are there is needed.

        Not very good, carers have to pay for things out of their own money such as travel to and from the patients addresses for live in job and food costs whilst at jobs even though food or money should be offered. * Also do not pay properly and chasing last pay, watch out!!

        Been working for Bluebird for a few weeks and I can honestly say I love my job. Very supportive staff, great hours and I learn something new everyday. Fulfilling and it has made me realise that Care is the right fit for me. I couldn't recommend it higher

        Started working for Bluebird Care September 2021 as a carer and have moved into the office earlier in the year, its my first job in care and Ive found it so rewarding looking after the people we do. We have a very supportive team and manager, the carers are all lovely! Highly recommend working for bluebird care to anyone looking into a career in care!
