I have already ordered three parcels and been always highly satisfied with products and delivery. Some rare pearls can be found here for good price, like for example organic puffed amaranth (I couldn't find it anywhere else in the UK), dry powdered beetroot, lovage seeds and different types of dried mushrooms I will definitely buy more stuff in the future!

My order was lost by the courier but BuyWholefoodsOnline were brilliant about it and immediately sent out a replacement for free, no questions asked. The products are great. Highly recommend this company!

Incredibly disappointed with the recent customer service at Buy Whole Foods Online. I have been trying to get in touch with them for a few days now because I never received my order from the courier and I would like a refund or for my order to be delivered ASAP. With the phone line disconnected, I've tried the chat and email and have not received a response from anyone. This is ridiculous! The Parcelforce tracking said it was delivered and I contacted them and they've sent me a photo of the delivery. They delivered it to a house with an orange door when I live in a flat with a navy door.

Be careful what you buy. I bought nettle tea which had small pieces of plastic inside.
