Sadly, I've had the same experience of other reviewers. I had no idea who ICA were until our removal company, Gentleman & A Van, handed my email over to them after they caused 1,674's worth of damage during our move. Considering we paid 276.08 for insurance through our removals company, and then had to pay 50 excess, we were only given 423.92 (taking those costs into account). I wish we had read the terms and conditions closer and chosen a different insurance company for our move.

*sigh*... rather than writing a decent review I'll sum it up briefly: Terrible. May as well have been completely uninsured and saved my money. Go with someone else. If your removalist company recommends these guys, protest loudly.

Unethical practices and I can see why removals company J.A Steel & Son has chosen them to be their insurers. Equally as rancid and detestable.

I would have given negative 100 if there was an option. This is a company full of scam and lies. They work with shipping agencies and cheat customers. I had a full coverage insurance for my shipment from UK to India and this insurance company never talked to me and allowed my shipping agency to talk to me and when I lost high valued items, these guys collaborated with the shipping agency and cheat on claims and stole all my costly items worth thousands of pounds
