Avoid like the plague. Poorly built, poorly finished. Got told my apartment would be ready by March, then June, eventually September. Lies after lies. The sales team is not trusting. After sales services is non existent and snagging issues have taken ages to complete. Our neighbors even had raw sewage coming out of their shower trap. This is easily my biggest regret..

Waited 15 months to move into our first home. Had so many issues in the lead up, advised to use their suggested mortgage broker who made so many mistakes we had to find a new one and it took months longer then should have. Now we live in the property they have stuck huge signs right in front of our view when we were told it was a communal area when buying not a sales areas. Completely mislead about so many things. We have constantly had to have things re done because they were not done properly. A year later and we are still finding mould in the rooms and now have a big mould issue in the home which is causing us health issues. Our neighbour below also has mould in the same areas. We have all had to have vents added in our window because they forgot to add them in the build. Would run in the opposite direction and save yourself the stress and worry. Not safe, terrible customer service from the customer service team and just an awful company in general. Wish I had listened to all the bad reviews.
