Posting on behalf of my wife.. This company is absolutely amazing, their food is insane!! Literally the best meal prep food I have ever tasted! It literally is like restaurant quality but made for you at home! My favourite being the piri piri chicken, mash and peas! IFF MAMA prepares and cooks all the food and it turns up twice a week to your door! It makes our nights so much easier just having to heat these up! You get different meals every week and are able to put if you're allergic or don't like something, so it's tailor made for your preferences! If you haven't guessed already I highly recommend this company! Oh and just to add... Their service is incredible, they reply super quick and appreciate all feedback on the meals sent. Thank you IFF!

Absolutely loving IFF! I've tried a couple of meal prep companies in the past and been really disappointed by the food. When looking around for new options, I found they were either frozen meals or very expensive... however Ibiza Fitness Food is affordable and the meals are fresh!! Delivered every Wed and Sun, different meals each time - all taste amazing and so convenient. Im obsessed and have recommended to so many of my friends already :) love them!
