        They removed the decorative lead trim, well apart from small piece at end of the window which they partially cemented over, Said they told me what they were going to do, but no way was I informed that my house could now be entered into a spot the difference competition. Ombudsman cant get involved as they are not registered.

        If this is the product you want, then this is a good company to go with. The installers were on time every day (despite having to drive from Margate to London), they were polite, explained what they were doing, cleaned up after themselves and above all did a good job of installing the windows and door. Recommended.
