BSB (GB) Ltd

After ordering some aerosol paints online for my vivaro. (during lockdown and everywhere local was closed) the paint was a totally different colour to my van, even though it was from the colour code on the band chassis. I contacted the boys at bsb group manston and managed to get up there shortly after they reopened after lockdown (I had a day off work) I matched the colour to my van with their colour chips they gave me (which I had previously googled as I was trying to find the correct colour for it online) but to no avail! It was still way off matching! I contacted bsb group via the fb messenger service and was dealt with swiftly and they were very helpful, telling me they had been in contact with the manston branch (presume messenger goes to head office?) And told me to contact them and we can sort it out. I phoned bsb manston and explained what had gone on, and were very friendly in helping me find the correct the colour I needed. I start work before these guys and finish after they do too. I had no way of getting up there to take my fuel flap and the can I previously bought. But they offered to come out to my place of work (work very local to bsb group manston) collect my flap and paint, and took it back to match it... I called during the day and they said they were working hard to try and get it matched via scanning the flap and would let me know later in the day how it goes. When I called again they said they had had success and the colour was near on a dead match! They offered to drop it back off to my place of work that day with no charge for messing them about! I've just applied this new paint to my van and it is bang on!! Very happy with it! Considering the van is nearly 18yrs old and blue, its spot on!! Service was awesome, friendly and very helpful on all counts. Will definitely be back. (Just hope they keep the colour of my van in the system for future use )

Paint not match colour too dark you can see different from 50 yards no refund ....
