        I went there to find a dress for my niece and a suit for my son for my wedding. The lady and gentleman who helped us on Saturday were amazing! They were so helpful, knew their dresses and suits. Nothing was too much trouble and we never felt rushed even though they were busy! Going back to hire a suit for my dad! Absolutely brilliant and so glad to see customer services is not forgotten at this place! Thank you.

        I had an appointment today felt very unwelcome. Almost as if the lady serving didnt want to be there and everything was too much effort. Didnt get much help getting into the dresses which I found bizarre. Wasnt once told that neckline suits you or this dress is flattering surely as a bridal dress assistant you should be helping and guiding? Tried about 4/5 dresses on then was told I had exhausted all options that would be of interest to me. Luckily this was not my first bridal dress appointment and I know that there are plenty of other shops locally which treat brides better and give them the experience they deserve. Will not recommend to anyone.
