The groom room did a great job of removing a huge amount of Ted's winter coat. He came back with a very shiny and healthy looking coat and he smelled great. He has no concerns whenever we come to the groom room, his tail is up, he's always happy to see the staff. When I came to pick him up, apart from the hairnado he had created he was in great spirits.
As long as they keep up this customer care I will continue to use them!
