Fabulous Tots Nursery

My 3year old babies' nursery called at the last minute they won't be able to take them and recommended Fabulous tots. The manager Miss Fally was fantastic, professional, softly spoken and empathised with me. She registered the 3 of them and made my babies feel settled quickly. I was quite disappointed that after we chose the nursery, they couldn't respond my email with the cost of nursery and give me the dates for nursery closure dates and holidays. This nursery lacks guidelines and is more flexible. I got really frustrated that after waiting for a few days for the response, I couldn't reach them over the phone. Then they texted a message and promised to reply my email. Instead, they called back and asked me what i want. I said I just need to understand the cost and if they can email it to me. In the end, they emailed they don't have spot for my son, however, they confirmed they did previously. Such attitude is inappropriate, and this just shows how unreliable this nursery is.
