Problem with engine fault codes not explained clearly,
Asked for AC to fill up but I cancelled due to a different price on website, other on invoice.
They returned the vehicle without notice, left on the driveway, dirty, marks ,
and the rear bumper damaged.
They brought the vehicle late in the evening to not notice the damage and to not observe that they tried to repair. Had marks with polish cream.
I went at the garage first thing in the morning to leave the car to fix it, a mecanic from there said to leave it parked they know about damage done and when the office is opening they will sort it out.Time was around 7 am, they were opening 8:30.
I left at work thinking they will call back.
I called them back with no solution,
I left review on their Facebook page, and who manage the page was using capital letters saying I am not listening they are not the ones to who I need to sort it. because I booked with FIXTER.
They refused to send pictures of collection of the car before and after.
Childish behaviour to not assume a mistake.
The driver could explain me what happened and I could understand if repaired.
I am preparing documents to see them in the court.MOT FACTORY and FIXTER. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning
